  • Yes, this service is entirely free to property owners. I am very grateful for the unique opportunity that private land hunting provides, and am very grateful to partner with landowners in my community.

  • Absolutely. Bowhunting is a quiet, controlled, and low-impact method of harvesting deer. I carefully evaluate every property to ensure safety and legality.

    Additionally—in Massachusetts—all liability stands with the hunter whenever engaged in hunting on private or public property (statute, Chapter 21, Section 17C of the Massachusetts General Laws)

  • I plan to hunt primarily during the archery season (October–December) If you’re open to it, off-season scouting is helpful in preparing. I will notify you before each hunting session, either by phone or text, so you are fully aware of when I am on your property. I can also provide updates on my plans as needed. Most hunting occurs in the early morning and evening hours, and in most instances you will never notice my presence.

  • Absolutely. I will stay strictly within the agreed-upon boundaries and ensure no hunting occurs on neighboring properties without explicit permission.

  • Safety is my top priority. I hunt only in designated areas, wear proper safety gear, follow all regulations, and ensure that shots are taken only when completely safe. I avoid hunting near homes, structures, or areas of frequent human activity.

  • I primarily hunt alone, which minimizes impact and ensures safety. If I bring others, it will always be with your prior approval.

  • I exclusively hunt with a bow. Archery hunting is quieter, low-impact, and allows me to hunt safely and respectfully without disturbing neighbors or livestock.

  • All deer are ethically harvested and fully utilized. I personally eat or donate the meat (www.sharetheharvest.org), and I am happy to share portions with you if you’d like.

  • Yes. As a thank-you for your generosity, I am happy to assist with light property maintenance, such as clearing trails or other tasks you may need help with. I always leave the property in the same—or better—condition than I found it. I remove any personal gear, clean up after myself, and avoid altering the land permanently.

  • Any treestands, blinds, or cameras I use are temporary, minimally impactful, and safe for trees. When possible, I preset stands for the season, but all equipment is fully removable and can be taken down at any time. My goal is to manage deer responsibly while leaving your property in excellent condition.
